Cover image not displaying for book

When I upload a cover image for a book it will display fine in a category list but it will not display with the individual book.  If no image is uploaded then the "Alexandrian Book Library" default image is displayed with the book.

Compare the first two books in the fiction category under the books menu.

I can seen the image of the first two books in the fiction category.
In the book page the image is hidden by css

Any suggestion as to how I can get the images to show on the book pages?

I have the same problem.
A cover image for a book displays fine in a category list but does not display with the individual book.  All images are uploaded.
