Display control of ebook download link

Hi, your component is great.

I need to control the display of ebook download link depending on the user group.
As far as the ebooks are hosted in an outside server I must use "External URL" field and "URL label".
Is there any workaround to do this?

If it is not possible I will be more than happy to make a donation in order to compensate you for work needed.

What I need is something like this:

A flag "Show field depending in user group" with a listbox populated with the user groups list where you can select the group/groups which will be able to see the fields.
