How to import the csv file in bulk

I want to import lots of article into joomla by Alexandria Book Library. How to create a right csv file and then import into the joomla database?

I hope that these are the info you need.

csv file features:
fields terminated by colon ( ; ), fields enclosed by double quotes ( "" ).

csv fields list:
title, subtitle, alias, id editor, price, pag, user id,  user alias, description, image name, file name, year, id location, id library, vote, numvote, hits, published, qty, isbn, approved, userid, url, url label, date insert, catalog, checked_out, checked_out_time, access, metakey, metadesc, catid, authors.

Notice: the "authors" field is an authors list separated by semicolon.
