Come  posso inserire in un live-cd linux , in particolare Knopppix, il programma - dopo essre stato opportunamente compilato - NMM 2.0.0  http://www.motama.com/nmm.html.

Più in generale come posso personalizzare una distro-live togliendo ciò che non mi serve ed eventualmente aggiungendo qualcosa.
