Error 500 JHtmlBehavior::tabstate not found. When trying to install in J3.03

Hi,

I have a problem during the installation, I get the error      500 JHtmlBehavior::tabstate not found.  and I coud not continue, I reviewed the forum and I found one similar issue but in my case the line are correct

Please, let me know how I can solve this problem.

which joomla and php version are you using?
