getting text on a page

I have a problem.
Am working on a demo url for testing with alexandria book library

If you go to http://www.demo-solcer.nl/auteurs you can see red menu-item at top of the page with a few text under it. And under the text the alphabet from the joomla component Alexandria

But if you go to http://www.demo-solcer.nl/auteurs-2 i can not get it done to put the red menu-item and a few text on the page. What am i doing wrong ?? The page is beginning with the alphabet from the component Alexandria

Please can someone give me the wright advice.
