menu item Search- Date insert descending

hi  Federica

when I see the site in the menu item Search I see the books in Title ascending. Can I change it into Date insert descending?
I see in the  Alexandria Book Library Configuration that I can change it in the Categories by Books order.
In the  Search there isn't this option.Is there an other way to change it?

you have to change both the "Books order" and the "Books display order dir" options in the search menu configuration. It's work?

I tryed it . It sould work as you said but it doesn't work.

I updated to the new version but these is a problem again
I want in the Search list layout to show the most resent first
I set it in the general options in  the "Books order" and the "Books display order dir" options
I set it also in the search menu configuration

when I open the pc and the search page it is not working in the beginning
it shows the books in  Alphabetical order. it is stuck

but after one use of the filters search it is unstuck and shows the books with date order

Search order options are:
Title Alphabetical
Title Reverse Alphabetical
Category order

You cannot show your books by most recent first
