How can I put the categories in a module?
I need put categories in left coluns.

No, you cannot put the categories in a module.
This feature doesn't exist.
You can put every category in a menu item, but it is a very annoying way.

I'm not sure I was clear.
I do not want to put the categories in a menu item. I like to put a list of the categories in a column on the left or right and not in the center.
If there was a module categories would be easy, but I can only call the categories through a menu item. (Categories layout).

You can not put the categories in left position?
