Hello

Thanks a lot for this extension  ;D
As far as I can see the only way to get more languages in the menu when creating a book, is by installing a language in Joomla.
Now i have quite a bit of books in multiple languages, but i dont need all these language packs installed in my website.
Its not the end of the world I know, but it would me mor flexible if this were configurable!

thanks

Ok, I understood. You are right.
Now the language option refers to the localization of web site but it is necessary an option related to language the book is written to.
It is correct?

indeed, the language of the book would seem the logical purpose of that field  :)
Not sure what's possible, but if it were to be free text, for my case it would be solved.

The Language option is in the Publication tab, so logically it refers to the language of the entry in the catalogue, not the book.

This could still be useful on a multilingual site, but most users will probably just want a field for the language of the book itself.  There should be a way of getting a complete (very long) language list from the Unicode project, but a user-edited list would be simpler.  It would be good if this list could work with Joomla's language associations so that when you change interface language, the language of the language list (!) changes too.

The work-around I'd use for our small (800 item) library would be to use tags.

Yes, publication tab->language is related to multilanguage website. The language of the book is not implemented yet.
I will add these feature in my to do list.
