This is simple question and perhaps I'm not that familiar with the plugin's capabilities.
- How can I list multiple copies of a single textbook? I have FOUR copies of one book in particular and I want to track them all. Do I have to create separate listings for each textbook?

Hi gregvinci,
edit a book and fill "Total number of copies" field.

Federica,

Thanks, but there is no such field in any of the menus on my version. There may be one in the Joomla 3.0 site software version, but I'm running Joomla 2.5.9 here.

You have to install the latest version. The "number of copies" option is related to lend manager.

Federica,

Thanks, but as I stated before, I'm using Joomla 2.5.9 and I've tried and can't install any version of Alexandria later than 2.0.4 . When I did install a later version of one of the component modules (3.0.0), it crashed the entire extension. I went to 2.0.4 and it all came back. Version 3.0.0 doesn't seem to work with Joomla 2.5.9, but I could be mistaken. I'll be updating to 3.0 Joomla, but that is apparently a big operation which will take time.
