If I'm on Joomla 3 or 4. I want to install an Extension on the Install from Web. I click on Alexandria then all of a sudden I get [ danger Unable to detect manifest file. ]. When I look on Google for this error. There is no spacific finding why this error comes up.
Please Explain so I can correct this fault.

unzip Alexandria book library package in tmp folder of your website then instal it through "Install from folder" tab. In the "Install Directory" field specify the subdirectories of the package.
