I tried to install the jcomment plugin and get an error that the XML file could not be found.
I also tried creating a directory com_jcomments/plugins and put the com_abook_plugin.php in it and it still didn't work.

To use the jcomment plugin you must install the com_jcomment component then unzip the jcomment plugin file and copy com_abook.plugin.php to components/com_jcomments/plugins/
