I've modified an French translation into a Vietnamese translation packet (we use the same unicode encoding). The packet was installed successful, however, when I went to front end, it's supposed to appear in French, however, all the thing is still in English.
Anybody has an ideal why?

I've check the view/tmp/default.php for book, the code to print the world author was:
JText::_('COM_ABOOK_CATEGORY');
It fitted to the Joomla Documentation. and I've also check the installation forder, the language packet is there (vi-VN). The file is there as well : vi-VN.com_abook.ini
But when I go to the links:

all the word (for example, COM_ABOOK_CATEGORY supposed to be Catégorie, however it's still category.
I've tried to delete cache, but it doesn't work either.
I found a solution, when I enable the language debug, I saw that the file ROOT/Component/Com_abook/Languages/vi-vn/vi-VN.com_abook.ini is not loaded. It instead load directly from ROOT/Languages/Vi-VN, so I moved the file there. Problem is solved.

Generally, you have to delete every existing "com_abook" language file in bot path ROOT/administrator/language/zz-ZZ and ROOT/language/zz-ZZ then load the language files in the abook language folders (ROOT/component/com_abook/languages/zz-ZZ and ROOT/administrator/component/com_abook/languages/zz-ZZ)
