Please tell me how I can design it, where I can download the CSS style sheet for the site.
By default, it doesn't look very presentable; the fields overlap each other.

Hi Odin72a,
Abook's .ccs file is here: your_website/components/com_abook/assets/css/style.css but contains only a few styles.
To get better design you have to use a template based on Bootstrap css framework (eg: the Joomla 4 default template named Cassiopeia)

The template developer created a custom.css style sheet so that everything would be displayed correctly.
